Sponsored two-years with 100 young children and toddlers suspected of having special educational needs (SEN), from low income families to be fast-tracked in their professional assessment by private psychiatrists so that they can access appropriate help and educational assistance. This will help them avoid a 2-year queue for public psychiatric assessment and avail them to therapies during their important time window for intervention.
