Benefactor -
Mrs. Yeoh Choy Wai Haan
She was the eldest daughter of Choa Po Min of Choa, Hong Kong’s first Chinese Chairman of the HK stock Exchange. She was always frugal and donated her H.K. University fees & books to poorer students. She spent her entire career in Social Services and was deeply involved in the HK Family Welfare Association. She is the benefactor of the YCWH Trust.
Settlor & Honorary Chairman -
Mr. Michael Allen Choa
Nephew of Yeoh Choy Wai Haan who formed the Trust to carry out the wishes of his Aunt. He graduated with a master’s degree in urban and regional planning. He found a new career challenge in financial services and is responsible for managing the YCWH Trust. He is the Settlor & Honorary Chairman of the organization implementing the mission of YCWH Trust.
Co-Chairman - Dr. Edward Chi
A well-known HK Dentist is the Co-Chairman the YCWH Trust. Together with Michael Choa, he helped to shape the YCWH structure by providing his vison that charitable works needs a community focus to gain traction. Rural communities in Hunan, Shaanxi, and Northern Guangdong owe their progression to this vision.
Executive Chairman - Dr. Mei Ling Fok
Dr. Mei Ling Fok is a qualified lawyer from the UK and practised law in both Singapore and Hong Kong before retiring in favour of philanthropic and advisory work. Joined YCWH Trust as Advisor in 2019 and currently, the Executive Chairman and Trust Protector.
